Welcome to ElderEase, a concierge service provided by Apōpō Medical. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Service Description

ElderEase provides a premium concierge experience tailored for retirees, focusing on enriching your lifestyle by taking care of all your personal arrangements. From coordinating transport and social activities to managing appointment scheduling, we handle the details so you can enjoy a carefree lifestyle. For property maintenance or renovation needs, our specialised partners at Apōpō Asset Management or Project Apōpō are available to assist, ensuring every aspect of your life is managed seamlessly by the right experts.

2. Subscription and Fees

ElderEase offers a tiered subscription model designed to provide you with flexible, premium concierge services that adapt to your needs. Starting with a one-time introduction fee, you can choose from three distinct tiers—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—each tailored to offer increasing levels of support and enhanced features to enrich your lifestyle. As you move from Silver to Platinum, you gain access to more dedicated service hours per month and expanded features, ensuring a truly bespoke experience.

Our Silver package provides foundational support for your needs, while the Gold package adds more hours and additional services to accommodate a broader range of requests. For those seeking the ultimate in convenience and luxury, the Platinum package offers the most extensive level of service, with no limits within New Zealand, ensuring that you can fully enjoy the lifestyle you deserve.

Any additional hours required beyond your tier's monthly allocation are conveniently billed at the rate specified in your service contract. For those looking for long-term commitment, we offer attractive discounts as a reward for securing extended peace of mind, as outlined during registration. Please note that all hours are optimally structured for each month and do not carry over, allowing us to continually cater to your current needs with focused and personalised service.

3. User Responsibilities

By signing up with ElderEase, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, helping us to serve you better every step of the way.

We ask that you enjoy our services responsibly, using them solely for lawful and intended purposes, ensuring a smooth and fulfilling experience for everyone.

 

To maintain the high standards of our offerings, we kindly request that our services are used with respect and care, allowing us to deliver the exceptional quality you expect and deserve.

4. Introduction Fee

The service introduction appointment is an essential step to initiate your chosen ElderEase package, ensuring a personalised start to our services. This one-time fee includes a meeting with you—either in the comfort of your home or via video conference—so we can get to know you and tailor our services to best suit your lifestyle. This introduction helps us compile all necessary documentation, including the authority to act as your agent (excluding financial account access). 5. Limitations of Service

ElderEase is dedicated to managing your personal lifestyle needs, allowing you to enjoy a seamless, worry-free experience while we take care of the details. When it comes to property upkeep, you can rest assured that you are still covered—any maintenance or renovation needs can be seamlessly referred to our trusted partners at Project Apōpō or Apōpō Asset Management, who are experts in these areas. Importantly, we always seek your written consent before making any referrals, ensuring you remain in full control of all property-related decisions.

6. Service Access

At ElderEase, we are committed to providing you with reliable and seamless access to our services. While we always aim for uninterrupted availability, there may be occasions—such as during scheduled maintenance, essential updates, or unexpected technical issues—when services are temporarily unavailable. Rest assured, we work diligently to minimise any disruptions, ensuring you can enjoy our services as smoothly as possible.

7. Termination

To maintain the high quality and integrity of ElderEase services, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or discontinue service if we identify activities that do not align with our terms or if other actions are necessary. Our goal is always to ensure a positive experience for all clients, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us uphold these standards.

8. Liability

While we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional care and service, there are certain limitations to our liability as allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Apōpō Medical cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes related to the use of our services. Rest assured, we always strive to deliver the highest quality experience and mitigate any potential issues to the best of our ability.

To ensure ElderEase continues to provide the best possible service, we may update our terms and conditions from time to time. These updates help us adapt to your evolving needs and improve your experience. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the enhanced terms, keeping you seamlessly up to date with the latest improvements.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.

Service Introduction Terms

Terms and Conditions for ElderEase

Service Introduction Session

  1. Service Scope
    The service introduction will focus on understanding the client’s needs, preferences, and goals to create a tailored service plan. It includes an assessment and discussion but does not cover any hands-on services beyond the introduction.

  2. Service Introduction Fee
    Payment for the service introduction fee is required upon booking to secure the appointment.

  3. Payment Terms
    All payments must be made via credit card or bank transfer. Payment confirmation must be received at least 24 hours before the service introduction appointment date.

  4. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the service introduction for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will incur a 50% fee, and no refunds will be given for no-shows.

  5. Rescheduling
    Clients can reschedule the service introduction once without penalty if a request is made more than 48 hours before the appointment.

  6. Confidentiality
    All information shared during the service introduction is confidential and will be used solely for the purpose of creating a service plan.

  7. GST
    All fees are subject to 15% GST, which is included in the total amount payable for the introduction.
